They buy new pets likely just for a video, which will likely then be neglected.

Actually the only reason for why I think pugs are okay. They are miserable and live just to suffer, but at least they're hilarious.

With dogs that are poorly behaved, it's either that they got the dog to intimidate people, possibly as a guard dog and are usually chained up outside all day, or they're a cute little dog someone got because they wanted a glorified teddy bear and don't want the responsibility that being a good dog owner entails (like actually training the dog).

That's why animal shelters end up with a lot of pit bulls and chihuahuas.

I've had chihuahuas in my family for pretty much most of my life and it pisses me off that people don't train or socialize their chihuahuas properly.

They're small, but they are also little bundles of energy that demand your attention just like any other dog.

It's already a trend. Usually you'll see the same person making multiple channels to scrape in even more cash. They'll wound animals repeatedly, likely until death to get more $$$ from each animal.

As someone who has both dogs and cats I agree that cats are not domesticated, I had a cat run away and that fucker took days to come back and is only back at home because I managed to catch it (inb4 but cats are supposed to be free, there are hawks in the general area where I live and I've seen them kill stray cats), meanwhile my dog got out of the house and came back as soon as I called its name. I still love both my cats and my dogs, I also once had a fish but I'm too retarded to take care of fish so it died, rest in peace fishy

You've never owned a husky or other sledge dog breed. Also you should neuter you cats if you haven't already, neutered animals don't wander off as much.

All my pets are neutered and I did own a Husky but it never ran away from home, but to be fair I was too young when that Husky lived so maybe it did try to run away and I just don't remember

Cats are free in the areas they're actually native to. Outside of that they're massive cullers of local wildlife that's smaller than them.

plenty of sped cat owners too but here at least there's way less. i've never met a truly aggressive cat that didn't warn me beforehand. they get grumpy sometimes, just like we do, but they use their kitty words

Yeah, I've had experience living around a frenchie, though not sure if it's purebred, it has a lot of it's health problems including the utterly destroyed face. The worst thing is the nose, it's just never wet so it falls apart. You need to buy moisturizers to make sure this doesn't happen because the dog lacks something all healthy dogs should. Gastrointestinal problems are also common. There are many days the dog just would not eat, at least not until late into the day. Buying a frenchie, boston, english bulldog, any of these breeds especially from purebreeders is abusive. They do not live perfectly fine lives. Especially pugs and english bulldogs. Jesus christ those poor things.

In my old neighborhood there used to be a retard with a Boxer (I think thats the name of the breed) and he took that thing out without a leash, claiming "My baby is trained and unnagressive" imagine my "shock" when I heard that dog mauled someone's Poodle. Retards who don't train their dogs should be put in jail or something, or at least the retards that walk their dogs without a leash because "they are friendly" they should at least be fined
