If I recall Zach Hadel actually worked on some of the newer Spongebob episodes. If he was in charge of this shit I might have some faith in it not being shit but that's not gonna happen. Poor Hillenburg doesn't deserve this happening to his baby.
...they only showed up for the one episode at the very end far as I can tell. You never saw them again. Literally what? It's allegedly because they were boring as characters and not fun or entertaining compared to Cecil and Bunny.
Not counting "Rule of Dumb" since they were only pictures on a family tree, they did recently show up again in the episode "Patrick's Tantrum," which aired two months ago. They appeared in a flashback explaining why ringing a bell makes Patrick throw a tantrum and appeared at the Krusty Krab near the end of the episode....they only showed up for the one episode at the very end far as I can tell. You never saw them again. Literally what?
The sooner the better I guess? That might explain why Nick bring back Fairly Oddparents and Rugrats.Between Kamp Koral and this, Spongebob is finally out of gas. It’ll be dead soon enough.
Wow... Vincent Waller's kind of a dick nglThey retconned his parents, Herb and Margie, from "I'm with Stupid."

It's been out of gas for 15 years. It really should have just ended at the first movie like Hillenberg wanted.Between Kamp Koral and this, Spongebob is finally out of gas. It’ll be dead soon enough.
Just another show to add to the "zombie" list. That said, most shows don't get two spin-offs, let alone at the same time.Between Kamp Koral and this, Spongebob is finally out of gas. It’ll be dead soon enough.
Well….that was a thing, all right.
He should have raped some underage girls so Viacom couldn't rape the property to death. John K is a secret genius.Poor Hillenburg doesn't deserve this happening to his baby.
Ironically they are right to some extent as Spongebob has become more iconic than Mickey and Bugs Bunny in recent years however, the way Paramount is doing this could just make the show feel more forgotten over time and the only way to probably sustain that marketability is by making more products that appeal to everyone so that it can have long lasting value.Paramount stated that they want Spongebob to be their Mickey Mouse. They'll never let him die easily because his marketability is immense. They even waited for Hillenberg to die because they wanted to do Spongebob spin-offs in the past and he bitch slapped that shit down hard. He didn't even want the series to go past the movie but Paramount insisted and instead of leaving the show he stayed on as executive producer just to ensure they didn't completely rape his creation into pieces.
This is just another spin-off that's going to follow the same formula all spin-offs use; Character has to suddenly leave to go back home, we're introduced to a whole new cast of characters that never existed beforehand, it shares nothing in common with it's original series and there will be sparse guest appearances of more popular characters to remind you of where the show came from.I didn't laugh once. This is going go be Planet Sheen again, isn't it?
