This law only applies to minors. As far as I know nobody is doing SRS to underage teens in the US.

I’ve not heard of it either though technically under Oregon state law, it’s possible. ORS 109.640 allows for minors age 15 and up to consent to medical decisions without parental notification or consent, which includes hormones and surgery though usually it’s just top surgery.

Physicians who will perform any below deck procedures on a minor teen? If not practicing now well give it a few years...

When necessary, I poll/instruct patients on bathing matters because the nurses just sigh and do it for them since they won't listen.
