Everyday plastic surgery usually doesn’t involve radical internal and external reconfiguration of body parts into places and shapes they were never meant to go, and tend to be performed in such a way that the only external evidence is a discrete scar. These surgeries also tend to be on areas that aren’t under a lot of movement.

Troon surgeries are the complete opposite. They are intensive (and usually speedrunned by the surgeon because they want to squeeze in more cock chops into their schedule), have huge external scars, and basically result in an open wound in an area of the body that’s not only under constant movement but also where you piss and shit from.
