Why do the nipples look like they're scabbing off? Did they use a new technique to make the nipples appear larger or change their location? To my understanding messing with the nipples is not a part of breast augmentation.

Implants has to be centered under the nipple or else the nip ends up cockeyed. Men have wide chests with widely placed nipples, and this is why Troon boltons have a gap the size of the Colorado River between them.

Here, the surgeon seems to have tried to graft the nips in a new position so she can place the implants in a slightly more female configuration. My question is why did she also make the insertion point under the title and not just do everything through the nipple.
