OK just to start off these are my own personal thoughts on the matter .

OK at this moment in time Phil is starving for something that is as essential to him as Food and Water that's reinforcement (aka Asspats) in the past he's always had a few enablers that support him doing what he does be it online or in person currently he's seriously lacking anyone to give him a regular ego boost.

The thing is to Phil any attention is what he want's, good or bad he just wants all eyes on him again so he feels important, if it's renforcement that makes him feel smart an loved, if it's negative (i.e. us) he's fighting the CISTEM an get's the exact same thrill as any other teenage edge lord in doing so, ergo he feel's he's doing something right.

This is why we are seeing a spike in activity from him, he hungers for attention and in the past videos have gotten him attention good or bad - he's hoping for a ego boost and it's just not happening from either side that's why they are far longer each time he makes one, but that length gives away the limits of his intellect and forward thinking limitation more so than ever before so even if some one was considering liking his video after a few seconds the way it rambles off gives them pause so he doesn't get the attention.

Currently he's a worried little potato - the SSDI review has only really in the last few weeks cropped up on his personal horizon of thought and the closer it get's he's getting worried about it, in addition to that he's now at the limmit of time where he was supposedly getting housing something that at the time that lie showed up was shot down in seconds by a auto responder and well Winter in coming... he knows he's going to have it rough in Portland over the winter and he's already got failing health a cold snap if he can't find a place to crash could seriously finish him off, and considering he's finding less an less people an places willing to put him up for a few nights he's genuinely disconcerted by this possibility (however he recently shot down his own lie about moving his stuff from SF to portland, he still has a storage locker in SF so i'd guess he's at least even he considered this the most likely outcome).

And now the sperging forecast.... (imagine that in my best BBC voice).

With less asspat's flowing in from the region of hot air to the south, and the impending cold front posed by a winter in portland expect short sharp periods of autism with blustery showers of desperation with a heavy salt storm happening in late October or Early November, stock up on supplies or head for your closest autism shelter.

How close do you think we are to your hypothetical stage six chimpout?

A stage six is purely hypothetical (at this point), but I wouldn't want to place a time scale on it happening mostly because he has to progress through each stage in some way to move to the next having said that this is the closest he's ever been to Zero, so the normal progression rules don't apply like they normally do and I'm not that sure how his normal thought patterns will progress to handle it, that's what makes this interesting.

I would say its been in some ways a good month for phil. He got $150 for fuck all, his asspatters called him a true and honest latinx and he won a "victory" over moonman.
At the moment hes sitting in a motel with a bunch of stuff bought with other peoples money smoking but not inhaling weed......basically holding a joint or vape near him.

We've a long way to go before anything drastic happens and i expect phil to pass review or atleast get a re-review to agree an action plan and dont expect a tard wrangler.

This year weve heralded the end of DSP, Andy Dobson, Barb, CwC, Pixy Teris vagina, Brianna Wu and Jordmans relationship but they are still going (admittedly 2016 aint over yet) and the only cow we lost was rather unexpected.

Theres always another asspatter, always another sucker to exploit and theres people in phils life smart enough to stay hidden but provide him with shelter and support his lies. Theres aspects of phil were yet to scratch the surface of.

As I said my old chum, this is my personal predictions for a short period of time, I value your input but I do disagree with you about Phil's access to finds an continued access.

If / When he shifts I honestly thing that's the only way he'll go the right wing wont have him an he's far to marked to be taken advantage of by anyone looking for a quick patzy, I am fearful of him falling for one of the new smarter rightwing groups who keep him around as a 21st centualry version of the "Nigger on the team" (god i hated typing that). Phil is right in the kinda group that the neo intelcutal groups like to have, i.e. well we have a gay mentally stunted person as a friend so you can't call us Nazi's dick head's.

And honestly that is the group he's most likely to fall in with, because he can't understand subtly, that will land him in the most shit.
