Stef Sanjati is a popular Canadian trans YouTuber with over 400,000 subscribers. He isn't known for much except doing makeup, being transgender, and begging for money for surgeries.

His birth name is Stefan, and his GoFundMe reveals that his current legal name is Stephanie Luciana Peloza.
Stefan started his channel as a male makeup artist. At the time, he was content living as a gay male and even had facial hair. Here is a video from 2014 of him doing his eyebrows:
In February 2015, Stefan uploaded a more "male-to-female" makeup tutorial, but described the look as more theatrical. He wasn't out as trans, or making any attempt to disguise his voice.
Stefan has a condition called Waardenburg syndrome. This is a genetic defect associated with partial deafness and wide-set eyes. This is Stefan's most viewed video.
Stefan uploaded a video called "guys bein dudes", which means, at one point, he was content with being male, even if he was very feminine.
But in August of 2015, he jumped onto the trans bandwagon and came out as trans, describing a discomfort with maleness instead of masculinity.
You can follow Stefan's journey on YouTube, of going from a feminine gay man who was content with having a beard, to a chemically modified man who desperately tries to be someone she is not.
Stefan rushed into his transition. In the past, trans people had to wait years to transition in order to make sure that they won't regret it. Stefan, on the other hand, got his prescription for estrogen just a few months after coming out as trans.
Stef uploaded his one year update on synthetic cross-sex hormones on December 1 2016. He talks about how genitals don't define gender (we'll get to that later).
Stef got his face surgically reconstructed to look more feminine. The surgery was funded entirely through donations. The act is rather selfish. There are people in this world who need actual life-saving surgeries and can't afford them, yet people decided to instead donate to play along with someone's body image issues that didn't even exist 2 years before. Since no surgery will make his forehead narrower or make his eyes closer together, he ends up looking like a CGI character.
Here is Stef talking in a creepy failed girly voice while doing his night routine. He appears later in the video with his makeup removed. Without the makeup, Stef just looks like a dude with long hair wearing women's clothes. There's a reason why I don't trust women who wear a lot of makeup.
Now Stef wants to have his banana peeled, so to speak. The same person who talked about how genitals don't define gender (even though they come from the same root word) is now wanting to have his genitals modified. He says it's not even about having sex with guys, he just wants to feel "right". It shows that he isn't happy.
And he wants you to pay for it. He already reached his goal of $6000 and still wants more. He's also selling T-shirts.
TL;DR Stef Sanjati went from rocking one of the most male things you can have (a beard), to despising the very part that makes him male, all in a matter of 3 years. That's a flash in the pan. And have you noticed that it's all around the time that Jenner came out?
The clothing and makeup are fine, since that can come off anytime. But in my opinion, medically changing your body should only be considered if it was a consistent identity.
Stef will probably regret it all in another year, when he either realizes that being a male isn't such a bad thing after all, or that he will always be male because of his chromosomes.
