The clothing and makeup are fine, since that can come off anytime. But in my opinion, medically changing your body should only be considered if it was a consistent identity.

So basically a major part of your motivation for the thread looks to have been personal objection to what they do. Which is fine but it doesn't really make for an interesting thread unless you have something that makes them funny. Showcase the funny, or them responding really badly to criticism/chimping out. That's the purpose of these threads, to document inherently amusing things about the people of interest of their behavior or the drama surrounding them.
