32-year-old Stephanie Cianfriglia has yet to figure out how not to humiliate herself in the decade-plus she's been on social media. Her best-known incident was when she cursed a Twitter user's womb to be barren, which earned her the nickname "womb wizard" across social media platforms. She's also notorious for grooming children on DeviantArt, attempting suicide by drinking hand sanitizer, and fucking ghosts. She now goes by Yarrow Brown, since she was born Ayla Brown. Her biological mother surrendered her for adoption to the unsuspecting Cianfriglias during her toddler years.
Stephanie claims her mental health is too poor to work despite having a master's (!!!) in social work and dresses like a grandma who just raided a Hot Topic. She used to hold multiple professional positions in social work but still lives with her parents, with whom she argues frequently and sometimes assaults. She used to make a tiny bit from her Patreon/YouCaring bux despite producing nothing of value.
Like most chronic Tumblr users, Stephanie is genderspecial. Her identity fluctuates frequently, with each new gender or sexuality eventually becoming a pin affixed to her collection of fedoras.
On her YouTube, she claims she is in a "poly relationship" and identifies as pansexual. Stephanie is a virgin and has never had a boyfriend. It turns out that her "poly relationship" is with four ghosts: those of serial killers Richard Ramirez and Jeffrey Dahmer, along with Michael Jackson and Heath Ledger.
She also has spoken of being hospitalized due to panic attacks and loss of employment. Her best-known trips to the psych ward came after she downed hand sanitizer as a suicide attempt when her then-boss criticized her work performance. She's also tried to take her own life with cuticle scissors and threatened to chug Windex in other incidents.
It's widely believed Stephanie has a scat fetish. She loves talking about her urine/incontinence and feces too much for there to be any other explanation.
The skin she picks, mostly from her feet, is often used in her offerings to various demons. She collects the peelings in a jar, which she keeps on her desk - this can be seen in the Greatest Hits section below.

Her Photobucket username is ClayAikenGurl, so it's quite possible she is exceptional despite her education. There are ~2500 photos of Michael Jackson on that account, which is because she used to identify as being the spirit of Michael Jackson when she was 22. Now, Michael is part of her ghost harem.

On Halloween 2018, Stephanie went to a cemetery to be edgy in a totally not Hot Topic way- err, I mean, to practice magick. Most of her spell-casting involves scribbling "sigils" on notebook paper and making jars of random leaves, spices, and the skin she picks from her feet. A cop doing a routine patrol drove past the area, ignored her, yet somehow still managed to trigger the life out of her because she thought someone had called the cops on her.
13. The SuperStraight Selfie

When Stephanie found out about the "superstraight" (read: not into troons) hashtag on Twitter, she felt it was a good idea to post this selfie, thinking she was responsible for anyone's erection, ever:
She got massively ratio'd and retweeted by dozens of popular far-right Twitter accounts mocking her. Hours later, she was banned from Twitter yet again for suicide baiting.
12. Fear and Loafing in Endicott, NY

Stephanie's mother has cancer, and at the time of this incident, was recovering from another illness. When Stephanie didn't get cheese at the grocery store as her mother had asked, the two got into an argument. Stephanie, being the beacon of rationality she is, threw a loaf of bread at her mother, who fought back. As usual, Stephanie tried to play the victim, claiming to be suicidal over the scuffle she instigated.
11. The Sex Work and OnlyFans Saga(s)

For reasons unknown, Stephanie thought she could make it as an e-thot. She posted horrifying nudes on Tumblr and a sex-worker listing site, and got into it with members of a sex worker forum because she claimed to be a sex worker despite being a literal virgin. She claims to be intersex because she has a small vaginal opening.
In 2021, she somehow got this idea again and began posting nude videos to her private Twitter.

Stephanie's pen name / other identity is Sapphire Crimson Claw (ow the edge!) She wrote a couple embarrassingly bad books about trans stuff, titled "You're not Cis, you Just Think You Are" and "I Sold my Soul to Pass and Other Trans Tales from the Dark Side."
"I Sold my Soul to Pass" is Stephanie's best-known written work. It features short stories about characters with "ne/nym" pronouns who think it's OK to punch people who misgender nym, a stereotypical jock named Shark, and an absolute lack of proofreading.

8. THE BROWN

Stephanie wrote a Tumblr post condemning JoyOfSatan ministries for allegedly being linked to neo-Nazism. In the post, she claimed Satan wanted her to "sit down with [her] laptop, enter a trance state, and automatic write (or type) for him." Of course, the resulting spew aligned completely with her beliefs and didn't seem remotely Satanic... and was really fucking racist in the way only a woke white SJW can be.
In the screed, "the queer, the brown, the lame" are positioned as "lesser entit[ies]." Hmm, nothing potentially racist there.
At the time this was posted, Stephanie was unaware her last name at birth was Brown, thereby making her THE BROWN.

4. MOGAI-Watch Saga, Threatening Suicide by Cop
(Pages 95-96, 131, 136; part 2 on 436, part 3 on 590)
Stephanie sent some harassing messages to the MOGAI-Watch Tumblr blog, which criticizes gender stupidity such as hers. It triggered her into a rage, during which she sent herself numerous graphic and harassing messages.
The next month, she got into it with MOGAI-Watch again, this time leading to an even more extreme meltdown after MOGAI-Watch said she would contact law enforcement with regard to Stephanie's continued harassment, threats of suicide, and general mental instability:
Both of Stephanie's Twitter accounts were permanently suspended because of the tweet in which she threatened to grab a cop's gun and shoot herself.
In September 2019, Stephanie started drama with MOGAI-Watch yet again, which resulted in yet another meltdown (page 436.) She flipped out again and discussed another suicide attempt in February 2020 (page 590.)
MOGAI-Watch created a wiki page (a) chronicling Stephanie's insanity and cataloging all the genders she invented.
3. The child grooming saga
In 2009-2011, when she was 21-23, Stephanie was active on DeviantArt under the username SweetFedora77. During this time, she claimed to be the spirit of Heath Ledger (now in the ghost harem) before becoming the spirit of Michael Jackson (now also in the ghost harem.) She used these identities to get close to mentally ill/vulnerable teens and preteens, and the conversations took several disturbing turns.
MichiieJackson was a preteen girl with bipolar disorder who shared Stephanie's fascination with Michael Jackson. Stephanie convinced her that she was the host body for Michael's spirit, and the two began a rather disturbing relationship, with the young girl calling Stephanie "daddy." Everything compiled related to this begins on page 497; one of the people involved in the saga shares their experiences on 831.
When MichiieJackson feared her mother would beat her, Stephanie offered to assist in person:

Stephanie and MichiieJackson got into a fight, which resulted in the teen self-harming and ending up in the hospital.
Eventually, DeviantArt users contacted Stephanie's parents to get her creepy behavior to stop.
Her parents revoked her DeviantArt privileges. She hasn't resurfaced on the site since that incident. This grooming saga is the reason her parents still don't allow her to have a cellphone a decade later.
2. The ghost harem

Stephanie's ghost harem consisted of Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, Jeffrey Dahmer, and Richard Ramirez. Allegedly Michael Jackson and Richard Ramirez's ghosts were fucking, according to Stephanie. She broke up with Michael Jackson for unrelated reasons in late 2018, and claims he took their "astral child" in the breakup.
She also likes to pretend to be her ghosts, or speak for them, to use as a point in arguments or send harassing messages. Of course, all of them have been radically molded to align perfectly with her gender stuff.
Stephanie does not actually speak Spanish; she uses Google translate.

1. The Womb Wizard incident

Stephanie's best-known accomplishment in life is the incident which permanently earned her the nickname "Womb Wizard" across social media platforms. She was losing an argument with someone and ended the discourse by cursing the person's womb to be barren. A screenshot of her tweet was uploaded to Tumblr, where it amassed 130,000 notes.
The subject of the argument that led up to the incident was unbelievably exceptional:
In a cruel twist of irony, Stephanie had to have a hysterectomy a year or so after this incident due to endometriosis.
Nowadays, Stephanie's internet drama is concentrated on Twitter, where she routinely attacks TERFs and others whom she conflates with Nazis. She used to be active on Tumblr before her child-grooming was exposed and she was chased off multiple times.
She talks about how she wanted to meet serial killers Jeffrey Dahmer and Richard Ramirez (she is now allegedly dating their ghosts) and often mentions her quest to get on disability benefits. She also claims to "astral travel" to hell.
She used to also maintain a porn blog full of weird posts involving urophilia, hybristophilia, haematophilia, and other bizarre fetishes.

She's also talked about astral-projecting to hell and being a Hindu goddess with astral spirit companions. Nothing in her spirituality even loosely resembles the traditions from which those beliefs originated; demons are cuddly and supportive friends, not bloodthirsty sadists.
Apparently she's a shapeshifter too. Unfortunately this power of hers somehow doesn't let her shift her waist size.
