The users & mods are tracked from /r/deuxrama, and one of them is on record as claiming to have participated in /r/brapbarn -- despite the username not being listed in /r/brapbarn's catalogue ... meaning it's a ban evasion user account / suspension evasion user account.
/r/deuxrama and /r/brapbarn are /r/milliondollarextreme ecosystem, so this subreddit is "ironic" hatred performance by the /r/milliondollarextreme community.
Edit: One of the "mods" was a mod of /r/loveforlawenforcement - which was banned as a ban evasion subreddit, and one of the mods is tracked from /pol/ participation in /r/itsafetish.

The person who posted that article is also a "moderator" there, and has, in the past:

Yeah, it's interesting to see that Bardfinn still openly pines for powerjannies being given the greenlight to run massive and indiscriminate blacklists on major subs, despite the admins making it pretty clear that this will not be tolerated. As far as I'm aware she's never seriously addressed the obvious concerns with letting a powerjanny cabal ban everyone in Masstagger from most of the largest subs on the site, which is clearly something that she'd immediately do given the opportunity. This is undoubtedly a large motivator for her profiling efforts - she hopes that someday Reddit will allow jannies to execute these sorts of mass cullings and if that day ever comes she wants to be ready.

UUID's are used in all different contexts for computing/networking, I am positing that specific use case based on the name of the subreddit.
There's only a few posts in that sub and based on a quick look at the post histories I would say they are all Bardfinn accounts (if I were a betting man).

Let's have a look again at how Masstagger is described by Reddit users themselves:

Masstagger works with a central authority "blacklist" of subreddits that AFAICT is manually updated by the developer Nathan Beam himself (though perhaps he has now delegated this to Bardfinn himself), so you cannot fuck with it the way you think people might do. Hence the existence of subreddit: the 35,000 SJWs that use Masstagger basically post suggestions in /r/Masstagger of subreddits that they insist are wrongthink and that they want Nathan Beam to manually include in the central authority "blacklist". Once Nathan Beam has updated the central authority with new wrongthink subreddits, that update is then pushed to the 35,000 SJWs that use Masstagger, and this is when all the people in a particular wrongthink subreddit are tagged as "Natsees" for anyone using the Masstagger plugin.
Also important: if your subreddit has been blacklisted by Nathan Beam, do not post about your sub being blacklisted on the /r/Masstagger subreddit itself because their members tend to brigade and downvote any messages from moderators or users complaining about being blacklisted in Masstagger. They do this to punish moderators for trying to figure out how to get themselves unlisted or for even trying to figure out what happened that got them banned.
Let me give you an example of how this works. In the following thread, it was suggested to Nathan Beam that he add the transmedicalist subreddit /r/truscum to the Masstagger central authority (/r/truscum is actually a sub for transpeople with diagnosed gender dysphoria):
