Wouldn’t it make more sense to write now while she’s not distracted by the internet?
Her writing is horrible and the less she crap she puts out into the world the better but not having internet and being limited in the activities you can do would surely inspire someone who claims to be super into writing to write more.

This is just for when she comes back and calls us haters, but her writing is horrible because her ideas are overused and tired, it flows oddly to the point where it seems like a 12 year old wrote it, she complains constantly about people not caring about short form but puts no effort into making it a short, yet compelling read.
It’s sophomoric at best and almost unreadable at worst and she refuses (like with most things) to take constructive criticism or read a fucking book to figure shit out.

Honestly, her constant sperging about her writing makes me miss the days when she cried over competitive Overwatch.

One of the hardest lessons to learn as an artist is that if you don't create for yourself or your enjoyment of the craft, it's probably going to suck. REALLY bad.

She's had hundreds of opportunities to learn this time and time again but she keeps spinning the blame arrow when it lands on her. All of her creative "friends" are always more popular or more skilled than her when their work also gets minimal notes (not counting pity notes, Kayla) according to her. Quite a few creative-based friendships have been broken because of her behaviors, but they're always in the wrong, they're always better and they always have an overinflated ego and "needed to be taken down a notch."

And since I know you're reading this; narcissistic behavior isn't pretty or positive, Kayla. It's a disorder. You emotionally abuse people. Get some help.

first of all, i'd kill to see what upsetting anon messages she hasn't posted. but secondly (and as others have pointed out), her obsession with needing us to know that she worked "just as hard" as people who definitely absolutely worked harder than her is textbook narcissism. her writing is terrible, and she barely puts out anything, but she feels she deserves praise because... she worked hard on it? that's not how that shit works. people don't like Starry Night because Van Gogh worked hard on it, they like it because it's a good painting. the fact that she literally can't imagine someone putting more effort into something than she does just goes to show how self-absorbed she is. nobody except for her is this fixated on fic length and it's because she knows that it's a blatant sign that she can't write for shit.

One of her Tumblr buddies broke the friendship with her when she was yelling about her sister-in-law and said SIL’s kids. The friend had a good point— Kayla was plastering these kids’ trauma all over the internet before they could even consent, and for pity points towards herself nonetheless.

Now that that’s out of the way— she claims that ex-friend said “If you think you work as hard as me, apparently I don’t do enough” or something like that. Ex-friend was writing the most popular ship fic for the previous Persona obsession shit and could spit out 10k+ nicely.

Coincidentally, said person was the one who vagued Kayla and called her a narcissist first. She is now utterly obsessed with letting everyone know how “hard” she works while putting forth no effort for anything at all.

Noth vagued about her immaturity, and it didn’t take too long to put two and two together when they stopped interacting and Kayla started bitching. I can’t find one where Noth says the “you don’t work as hard as me” thing so I’m assuming that was in private, but Kayla has alluded to it being the same “ultra popular” person who supposedly put her down and ignored her Akeshima fic in the fandom server they shared (Noth).
Quick edit; ultra popular is in quotes because that’s how Kayla painted Noth, not how Noth sees themself or the reality of their fic popularity, though it is a nice read.

Thanks for providing information, I took a look around and not only did I find more posts about the situation, but I also found out that Noth is the one who runs mishimalovemail, a blog Kayla used to heavily interact with before abruptly stopping.

Also, I want to remind everyone that Kayla tried cancelling a ftm TikToker, using a screenshot of a video of him wearing a dress in the post, and calling him a freak for having a "spicy link" in his bio. I bring this up because Noth reblogged a post of said video and tagged it with this. Coincidence?

Thank you Noth for confirming the fact that Kayla manipulates situations to paint herself in a favourable light when she's in the wrong. I'm glad you're out of that situation (and I'm sure other people who post here are too).
For someone who talks so much about the fact that the people who know her know she's a good person, Kayla sure has a lot of people who know her and have had negative experiences with her.
