STRUGGLES BEING ME | PART 1 -

Long time lurker

kiwifarms.net
Haven't watched yet, but isn't that an old photo on the thumbnail? From when she was still able to take half a dozen steps and show off the fitbit claiming she was taking 8000 steps/day.

Edited: Let me guess. Another sit down video, where Amber watches an old video of hers, wipes imaginary tears from her face and promises she'll do better because NOW she gets it.

I was wondering when she would make another one of those.

Edited again: I have to give her props. She starts the video by saying it's part one of a three part series, and that she'll save the most embarrassing things for the last video.
I have doubts that the series will be completed, but if she does make all three videos, the last one isn't going to be anything interesting (she'll probably admit to some silly things we already know).

I found it interesting that she said she's doing this series because everybody is different, yet until yesterday's video she used the argument of having a friend/knowing someone who is in a similar situation for pretty much everything from how to eat to why not see a doctor.

Amber cannot stand in line at the movie for 2 minutes without suffering from excruciating pain, yet she stood in the shower for over an hour, for two consecutive days according to her video from yesterday.

Amber said:
there's so many different types of stereotypes for people my size

Edited one (hopefully) last time: Don't bother watching. Amber admits to things we've been saying for a long time, including being too big for the gym equipment. So far of the 7 (I think) things she listed, 3 are back pain.
She also seems to be upset and thinks it's unfair that she has to pay more for a semi-industrial scale and clothes.
Also, did you know it's harder to find cuuuuuuuuuuute clothes when your are super morbidly obese?
Amber on how hard it is to find clothes said:
sometimes I'll like find something that fits me and I'm like I want one in every size

There is a very clear disconnect going on. Amber wants to emphasize her struggles for pity points, but says things like "it's not fair" a lot. As if she had no control over any of it.
I've watched 2/3 of the video so far, and the more she talks, the more she comes across as someone who wants the world to adapt to her needs, instead of someone who's aware of her situation.
This isn't someone who wants to change herself. She wants everybody and everything else to change to accommodate her.

One last thing (I promise): Amber admits that she's too big for gym equipment, but claims she was able to use them. I very much doubt that. I'm pretty sure that when she was caught on one (so she could post it to Instagram) she was immediately told to step down and informed that they don't own equipment that would stand up to her weight.

Gorl, I know how to solve your problems. Pssst...LOSE SOME WEIGHT! Why is this such a difficult concept? You are literally telling us all how difficult your weight makes your life and you act as though you have no control over that. Yes, gorl, you have TOTAL control over that. I'd feel sorry for you, but you are doing this to yourself. There are support groups. There are therapists. There are doctors. Your gorlfriend is an enabler regardless of what you think that means. You have gained AT LEAST 40 elbees since you've met her and that momentum is only increasing. If this is what you want your life to be, so be it. I'm just here for the bedbound era and it doesn't look like we're too far off from that.

A three part series complaining about all the things she’s done to herself from being so big. This is just a big pity party— I feel no sympathy for her.

Also I just can’t get over how she glosses over “morbid obese” like it’s nothing.
Exactly. She's complaining about all these "struggles" as if they weren't self inflicted.
