The plush dolls of Lion are the only ones that appear to look decent, but considering Lion's design just makes him look like a big, stuffed animal in the first place, that's not that hard to fuck up.

The Lion plush that don't look fucked up are also not available to normal retailers. They started as SDCC exclusives and then were sold at hot topic. So still won't find them in target or walmart, or anywhere most kids will find them.

And by that, at cheap and somewhat affordable prices, compared to anywhere else. You think online shopping would help in this regard, too, for those interested... I'm gonna assume what you're looking for, giving the popularity of this show being so prevalent, is marked up higher than necessary.

I don't quite know what you're trying to say with that - the MLP movie was perfectly acceptable. The animation was fluid, the character design was enjoyable, and the story was clearly aimed at a target audience of children with a few nods here and there to the parents.

I can assure you the SU movie will be zero of these things. They will also not ever mention the villian in the main series.

Anyway, SU still can't really write a story to save their lives, and the redemption of Yellow and Blue that seems to be looming only proves that. Honestly, they're probably going to join the gems, and then... fight White Diamond, I guess?

SU feels like a story that shouldn't have touched a genocide arc. Sugar clearly just wants a feel good show, in the end, which is fine, but it means that a lot of the message is hamfisted.

The main critiques of the series are ones that can stand quite strongly, but people do laugh at people complaining about Peridot's autistic coding is funny because, well, it's funny.

And thus SU critical falls.

And SU in general.

They need to be shoved into their lockers at school. They need to be painfully mocked and ostracized. These are the kids who sit by themselves at the lunch tables at school, I GUARANTEE you.

These people are the social misfits who get laughed at by their peers, and these same people are why I never got in SU. That, and the show, in general, is a poorly paced nightmare.
