See... it's funny because the Huniepop game itself when I bought it off last sale was censored itself when you put hours into it. Most weeb shit do that in order to prevent rule breaking and plus websites have patch/mods that can add stuff to it to make it 18+. No idea how they recently enforce Steam pages.
