Suggestion: Dedicated TF2 Server? -

Do you think we could get a private dedicated TF2 server? I know there's a few people on here who play it, and we have a domain that we can host it on (that's how dedicated servers work, right?), so why not?

Are you sure? Some guys in this thread said they run a TF2 server on Linode.
But if not, how do you run one then?

Didn't think a linux server could run a game server's executables, but we're not on the plan that meets minimum requirements. I'd have to double how much I spend to get the bare essential resources required and I don't see many people using it. We'd have like, what, 4 people who play TF2 wanting to join the server?

I'm also really lazy. Still haven't set up the mail server. This stuff is basically my job and in my off time it's hard to motivate myself to do what is essentially my job a little bit more for free.
