People are actually paying that much money to then pay HOA fees and all the other bullshit included with a condo in a city that you can barely call part of the Vancouver area. Langley looks like one of those depressing estates in England, the ones that look like prisons, like in the White Bear episode of Black Mirror.

Yeah the whole area around Langley city is a total shit hole. The homeless population expanded in Surrey so they have started going east and the whole area has started to rot. I've even seem some homeless people in North Langley and Grove.
I still cant believe Yaniv still manages to somehow afford a place in the lower mainland considering the prices. With all his lolsuits I would expect him to be in some co-op or someone's basement.
