I know he's a bit young for it BUT, are there any records of jonny having a prostate exam (finger wave type)?
The thing is, in the past Yaniv's been powerful enough to send someone to jail just by saying in court, "He was mean to me." The Canadian legal system was so fucking stupid that it put Donald Smith away on the basis of one shitty forged email. When Smith was sent away, Yaniv would have felt like a god. Yaniv's going to be chasing that high for the rest of his life, like a addict chasing the dragon. The problem here is that he has no evidence. This is all he-said-she-said. There’s no evidence that any of this took place, no evidence that people said or did what he says they did that was so offensive. “They were rude to me when they arrested me”- says the criminal. No court will take this seriously.
I think he’s so sue-happy because he’s hoping one of his claims will be to a person or administration that won’t read his shit or call him out on it and will instead just throw money to make him go away. He just wants to get rich quick and wants attention for being a victim.
At least he didn't use valentine hearts and/or flowers to dot I's, exclamation points, or question marks or use them for periods. Two shades of pink pens no less; I’m still fascinated by his tardscrawl. We know Jon is speshul, but if you take his ramblings and put it to paper in his own handwriting, it’d look like the rants of a madman in prison. I will never NOT get over the bizarre, cartoonish random capitalizations and lower cases.
No he won't because being trans lesbian = (-)prejudice + (-)power + obesity + diabetus + oppression + discrimination + structural racism (since he is na now apparently) + structural transphobia surpasses black hole's position in oppressive structures so black hole can't suck Yaniv, but Yaniv can suck a black hole.Is Transmatter a thing in quantum physics?
Will our boy be sucked into a black hole?
Can someone provide the equations?
The Strata lawyered up and responded to Jonny.
They have the response. Attached here for posterity.Meow Mix seems to be down right now, do they have the actual response, or just the info that the strata is using the same lawyer as TOL (as per their tweet)?

He own his strata, but there is something called a "Jordison order" in which a judge can order a problem tenant to sell. They're requesting it be dismissed WITH COSTS
They could bill their time at $2,000 (4 hours) even & still be within the realm
I fukkin love it.
ETA...could he be booted when the case is tossed?

B.C. judge orders condo owner Rose Jordison to sell unit
In what’s believed to be a first for B.C., a judge has ordered a condominium owner to sell her suite due to an avalanche of complaints from other ownersnationalpost.com
If he continues making a nuisance of himself, they're legally clear to take him to court and then tell him to fuck off.
We don't get nice things, so we probably shouldn't count on anything; there's at least some chance they've never even heard of it.That case sounds a lot like Jonny and his mother, god it would be hilarious if he was ordered to sell up and GTFO.
Part of me wants to think it might be easier if he's told to GTFO and pay the Strata back. Losing the case against the strata is going to make him really resent them and living there. He will probably become that really nosy neighbour, cause trouble and go back to court saying "but look, I told you they were sooo mean to me".Forcing Johnny boy to sell is not going to be a fast process. There was some lady in North Vancouver who was basically running a hostel in her townhouse and it took forever to get her out.
I'm not sure if you're new to the Yaniv saga, or just haven't followed the strata activities, but dude.. that ship has already sailed.Part of me wants to think it might be easier if he's told to GTFO and pay the Strata back. He's just going to be a total nuisance and losing a case to them will hopefully be extra leverage to tell him to GTFO for good.
It would come from the owners, probably from the contingency reserve fund, (which is a savings fund collected from the owners over a period of time)doesnt the strata get their money from residents paying dues? If he won a payout from the strata, where would the money come from?
