Because, buried beneath all of his schizo nonsensical dressing of the situation, Hax is somewhat right in that Leffen is virtually untouchable, has high standing, and isn't someone you want to piss off.

If he had trimmed out all of the bullshit and kept the Rocky part in alone (maybe with the karen-tier Boxx bullshit Leffen tried to pull too), his case would be far stronger than an hour and a half of extraneous schizo bullshit. I can't understand why he couldn't just clip the roughly 5 minutes of him crying from the video either. He's already on bad footing in regards to this situation, adding on emotion only makes him look worse.

All his points really fall flat when Hax admits to harassing Leffen.
-Hax admitted to orchestrating Evidence.zip (the original) to get Leffen permabanned from smash. He succeeded in getting him banned from swedish tournaments for a year and tried to get him banned from Evo. Swedes cucked out but based Americans told him to either show proof of an assault threat or fuck off.
-Hax stalks Leffen, catogorizing everything he says and tries to use it against him.
-Leffen agrees that edge camping is cancer, and Hax takes this as a slight against him.
-Hax chased Leffen out into the hallway from a practice/play room while continuously screaming into his ear. He always admits to screaming at the top of his lungs. In his newest video, Leffen is trying to leave, and Hax says fuck that, and chases him, because Hax isn't a deranged individual, he's just someone that will confront Leffen and be the hero to the smash community. It's Hax's own admission that Leffen tried to defuse the situation but instead Hax wanted to be a big man and literally came off as a screaming sped.
-Hax forbids his developer from talking to Leffen, and took Leffen's Arduino that his developer made for Leffen. He comes off as deranged every time he says this, violently shaking as if its a normal thing to do.
-Hax again wants Leffen completely banned from all smash tournaments, for blocking people on twitter and being friends with people Hax talks to.
-Hax unironically thinks Leffen studies his life off of Hitler through Mein Kampf.
-Hax thinks Leffen owns "the press" and they are censoring the truth.
-Hax thinks that Leffen not liking Boxx is equivalent to him intentionally trying to destroy his company.
-Hax accuses Leffen of "political sabotage"

You can't take Hax seriously on any of his points until there's hard evidence, but even if its all true, Leffen hasn't actually committed a crime. The most you got is Leffen is an opportunistic asshole that's good at smash and thinks he's better then other smash players because of it. While Hax comes off as deranged through half his points so you start to imagine an exaggeration or fabrication of everything he says about Leffen.
