Because instead of being easy to pick up and play day 1, they're forced to learn the games the fighting game characters came from. So not only are they whining about Sora/Geno/whatever not getting in, but the new character requires basic fighting game knowledge to use effectively.

The people who make these kinds of videos tend to work with each other a lot. DeOrio probably did the research on Sky's debt, so he voiced that section, while Technicals did everything else.
