Yes. In practice, they will ask chainalysis if you did anything dodgy. If KF wouldn't reuse addresses, they would have nothing to blacklist you for.Coinbase can do anything they like, including just shutting down your account the instant they think anything whatsoever you did is fishy in even the tiniest way.
Obviously; the current system isn't set up for it.DO NOT USE EXCHANGES FOR ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY RELATED TO KF.
To make my point clear: KF should stop reusing addresses. If they did, it would be safe to use exchanges directly.(Except for the part about never reusing addresses, that part is totally right.)

But very low CPM, like $0.5.#1: nobody will want to advertise anything here unless it's either malware or an outright scam that's blacklisted everywhere else, leaving this as the only place they can buy adspace. Absolutely no legit companies would even come close to this place because of the potential backlash.
