I think that's because they have a rule stating that if it's not an instant hit like SpongeBob SquarePants, then it isn't worth the network's time (which is a shame because Harvey Beaks was a cute show and I feel bad that C.H. Greenblatt has yet another cartoon that got screwed over [his first one was Chowder, which got screwed over when Cartoon Network cut the show's season three episode order down and decided not to renew it in favor of their regrettable and since-forgotten CN Real era]).

Sure, McDonald's is gross. But it does provide jobs. When you criticize a corporation, acting all high and mighty about it, don't forget the little people who rely on those slave wages every day. They shouldn't have to deal with this because the corporation screwed up and a bunch of fandomspergs acted like five year olds in a public place because of something as stupid as packets of sauce.

Disney is right now doing a Mulan remake. Will they promote again the Schezuan sauce and repeat this nonsense all over again?

That's not very smart in the long run, because that just guarantees you have a series of shitty first seasons that get cancelled and your ratings stay low. Many of the most successful series don't even peak until the third or fourth season.

Well, write to Nickelodeon and tell them that, not me or anyone else here (and say what you want about Cartoon Network's quality--at least they give their shows a chance before they either screw them over or run them into the ground vis-a-vis overexposure). I'm just telling you what I heard.

SpongeBob was so phenomenally popular that a second season was ordered midway through production of the first one. It was truly one of the biggest success stories of second generation Nick where a relatively unknown animator had the right people around him at the right time.

All I know is the day after the event, there were loads of people selling multiple containers of the sauce, and at least one of the ones I saw claimed to be being sold by a McDonald's employee who snagged them when nobody was looking.

"Corporate" clearly doesn't give a shit, or else they wouldn't have put their employees in such a shitty position to begin with.
