Zweihander isn't even a bad game, despite my making fun of him, but it's completely ordinary without anything making it worth what he's expecting to get for it. It's the Legend RPG or Black Hack of Fantasy Flight knockoffs, totally flavorless with no real setting. A game made to be a royalty-free copy of a well-liked game losing official support.

They're pushing Ernest GARY GYGAX Jr. really hard on their branding. It's pretty clear Ernie is only there for namedropping clout.
Still, this family drama over twitter is unprofessional from everybody. That Luke runs a convention is likely one of the reasons why he's seemingly fine with all the slander flying around: if he steps out of line, he has a lot more to lose.
I'm fine with them pushing him for clout. They've stated on the TSR twitter that it's their opinion that Gygax Sr. was robbed and died unable to leave his family anything because of it. I don't know the details of that, but it wouldn't surprise me to find out that there was some corpo bullshit in TSR back in the day. Jr's motivation seems to be to try and claw back some of the things that was taken from his father, I can get that, I can respect that, and Gygax Jr. at least seems interested and involved and not just showing up to sign papers and collect a check.
Lets not forget that if things were different, if it was Gary Gygax Jr. who was running around advocating for making D&D 6e woke as shit and running around performatively falling on his sword for the crime of being white and having a penis, the woke left would be slapping ANYONE who dared disagree with his name.
