Like no - you have no intuition with regards to hunger - you probably have no concept of true hunger because your belly's never empty enough for long enough.

I think she was just vlogging her “journey” everyday like Chantal does. So taking a break from showing us her daily 3000-6000 cal intake and occasional walking.

Now she can go back to not even trying at all because she won’t have to show much of anything.
