It's neither, this dude is full on crazy.

He first posted about designing a Bentley with Madonna on April 7th and then posted on May 2nd a pic he drew supposedly on April 27th. That's a whole month that he carried out this Madonna Bentley plot. Also the engagement list announcements takes place over at least a month I think.
