I can’t figure out how to edit my last post but Tati and her husband are suing Katie Joy Paulson (Without a Crystal Ball).
They’ve hired well known attorney Michael Saltz and want a jury trial:

So what exactly is she suing for? Being mean (but truthful) about someone online? Since the lawsuit mentions @withoutacrystalball being a internet troll, I wonder if her kiwifarms account will be brought up.

- WOACB admits mistakes, but it's only because she was being aggressively trolled for the last 18 months.
- WOACB implicates other channels/creators of unintentionally encouraging trolling including CreepShow Art and Emily D. Baker.

I think the issue is that she's being mean and untruthful online--allegedly. If I'm understanding it correctly, she doesn't do a good job of differentiating between when she's reporting facts and when she's speculating, leading to other parties repeating her speculations as fact. Allegedly.

WOACB is definitely thread worthy. I would definitely read and contribute. She used to be on KF in the thread about the Schofield kids and their insane mother who over-drugged the kids. She came on here, got info on the case from here, reported it on her channel like she was a brilliant sleuth. Then she sought out Michael ( the kids dad) and inserted herself that circus.
