I don’t drink tea very often but when I do it’s pretty much some form of Scottish or Irish breakfast tea.

I like matcha. I have been trying to find a decent matcha for a while now because of the health benefits. I had a matcha bag from China and it’s not the real stuff. Anyone know a good matcha brand that isn’t stupidly expensive?

When it comes to tea, I usually take what I can get, as long as it's well caffeinated. So it follow my favorites are Earl Grey and Matcha (though most of the time I use a particular bag that's a mix of matcha and sencha green tea).

My family has a Plum Deluxe subscription and so we get an assortment every month and I've been trying to have tea twice a day. One of our family favorites is Candy Cane, Custard Apple (which is apparently another word for cherimoya, which I don't know what that it but it's very tasty) and Crescent Moon. I've been drinking the Queen's Blend green tea in the mornings and can't shake the thought that it smells like Fruity Pebbles.

I drink a litre of jasmine green tea a day. I use a Contigo ‘West Loop’ insulated mug with a clip-in infuser and cycle it 2-3 times a day. Theanine is so much better than caffiene.

I've learned to make my own iced tea from loose leaf. Blue Mountains blend from T2, with a very small amount of brown sugar, and then made up to a couple litres. Strong, fragrant and bitter. Just lovely. It's getting cooler now, autumn's setting in. I have to enjoy my iced tea while I still can.

T2 is a major tea specialist in Australia, and most large malls have a branch. I like to go in and just sniff the air. I pretend to look at all the pretty teapots and shit, while sniffing away like Jonathan Yaniv sniffing at a schoolgirl's knickers.

I love tea. I drink it all the time. I used to be a basic bitch who just had lipton's, but I've branched out to various fruit teas with peach being my favorite.

I am having trouble finding a good apple cinnamon tea, the only time I found a good balance and was not overpowered with cinnamon was at a small deli that's closed now and I can't for the life of me remember what brand they used.

I dig tea, I've transitioned to drinking it instead of coffee later in the day to help with sleep. I've got a jar of Apple, Cinnamon and Tumeric tea that's pretty dope. Matcha tea is also excellent and i always get it when I have a chance. Dirty Chai (Chai Tea + Espresso) is a great coffee alternative as well.

For black teas, I like the breakfast teas. Lately I've been adding milk and honey to them like a Britbong, and I quite like it. Green tea is good, same with matcha.

For the herbal tea, the list is long. I like the Asian date teas, ginger teas, and yuzu teas. I also like the herbal teas from the North. Dried rose hips, rose leaves, and rose petals makes a lovely tea. Fermented fireweed leaves and dried fireweed petals are another good combo. One of my favorites is using birch leaves, angelica, Icelandic moss, and arctic thyme. This is sometimes called viking tea, but it's very nice. Another good tea is roasted dandelion roots. I've actually made this once homemade, but the process takes a while. You wash the dandelion roots and then roast them for a bit. Afterwards you grind them up and do another roasting. A good coffee substitute, but it mostly reminds me of found memories.

Black tea with vanilla, no milk or sugar.
Green tea with jasmine if you want something more fresh.
Earl grey with milk is great too, much cheaper than the other 2 so it's my main drink.

I didn't realise how shitty coffee was making me until I abandoned it entirely. Tea may not give me the same caffinated kick, but it's so much better to not have the anxiety issues that coffee was causing, even if it means a slight decrease in energy. Fuck coffee never gave me energy anyway, I drank it for energy but the only modes were nothing, anxious or an uncomfortable heart beat. Yet to have any issues with tea.

For me, I drink coffee because I love the bitter flavor it has. Having a cup of coffee with something sweet to counter balance is perfect. Of course, I'd drink decaffeinated if it tasted as good as normal coffee.

While currently my favorite tea is Early grey, I do have a fondness for Lemon Zinger. And my first tea was this home brewed spearmint tea I would make when I was sick and I absolutely recommend anyone give spearmint tea a shot.
