This looks legitimate.I like matcha. I have been trying to find a decent matcha for a while now because of the health benefits. I had a matcha bag from China and it’s not the real stuff. Anyone know a good matcha brand that isn’t stupidly expensive?
I didn't realise how shitty coffee was making me until I abandoned it entirely. Tea may not give me the same caffinated kick, but it's so much better to not have the anxiety issues that coffee was causing, even if it means a slight decrease in energy. Fuck coffee never gave me energy anyway, I drank it for energy but the only modes were nothing, anxious or an uncomfortable heart beat. Yet to have any issues with tea.I drink a litre of jasmine green tea a day. I use a Contigo ‘West Loop’ insulated mug with a clip-in infuser and cycle it 2-3 times a day. Theanine is so much better than caffiene.
For me, I drink coffee because I love the bitter flavor it has. Having a cup of coffee with something sweet to counter balance is perfect.
