Tell me how to vote on the props in California - I just cannot

Prop 15 sounds like it will end that accounting trick the film studios and especially Disneyland use to avoid paying much property tax. I assume voting for it would trigger Hollywood.

Proposition 15 would just make more businesses flee and therefore more leftist Californians will be moving with those companies to other states (that are probably red).

Vote against it.

I don't live in CA but the Democrat Party in my state tends to push whatever retarded shit the CA Dems come up with so I figure it was a good idea for me to read about these propositions. So after skimming those Ballotpedia links as an interested outsider, here's how I'd vote if I was unfortunate enough to live in that God-forsaken state:

14: No. CIRM sounds like a clusterfuck and the original intent for it to exist (stem cell research being heavily restricted at a federal level) doesn't apply anymore.
15: Yes. Prop 13 was retarded and ideally it would get repealed completely, but that's not politically feasible. This is probably as good as it's going to get to correct that mistake.
16: No. Affirmative action is a horrible idea. Hire based on merit, not based on whatever diversity boxes someone checks.
17: No. Felons should only be allowed to vote once they have completely paid their debts to society. This seems to me like an attempt by Democrats to expand their voter base.
18: No. This also seems like an attempt by Democrats to expand their voter base, although it probably wouldn't matter much since young people tend not to vote. If we're going to change the voting age, it should be raised, IMO.
19: Yes. It weakens Prop 13 and, from my understanding, only negatively impacts properties that are not primary residences. It also funds wildfire suppression, which is probably a good thing, though I'm not all that confident that it would actually be done well.
20: Yes. This might help stem the "revolving door" of thieves and other lowlifes who cause places like SF and LA to have ridiculous property crime rates. It might also help keep mentally ill offenders off the streets and get them the help they need.
21: No. Rent control is retarded. The National Lawyers Guild supports this which is all I need to know.
22: No. Fuck Uber, Lyft and the Big Tech gig economy slave drivers. These companies are only in business by outsourcing all the cost of operation onto their "independent contractors".
23: No. Sounds like a handout to the SEIU and pointless government overreach.
24: No. I don't understand the purpose of this one. Both sides seem to be making the same points about it. In cases like this I just default to No.
25: No. Getting rid of money bail in favor of some unspecified "risk assessment tool"? Oh yeah, that sounds real great. Karen "Viva Fidel" Bass supports this one, which tells me a lot.

I'm probably voting no on stem cells because I tend to vote no on most bond measures. I'm leaning towards a yes vote on allowing felons to vote because they need to live in society with the rest of us and I don't see them being a constituency that will fuxate the vote here. The rent control measure strikes me as shady but I can't put my finger on why.

But I am open to arguments on all of these.

Is this the alleged "neutral" risk assessment tool that says that all black people are likely recidivists?

Whichever option locks up the most crackheads of whatever race is the way I want to vote. Mild powerlevel but there was a manhunt in my 'hood two nights ago and it was some shithead who had already been arrested a bunch of times. Catch and release is not working for my city.

No, on the felons voting before parole. If they wanted to vote, then they shouldn't have committed the crimes. Prop 16 just fucks over working-class people who need jobs if they get passed over for diversity, which I've seen happen enough times because of that. Yes on prop 20 because I'm sick of people getting a slap on the wrist and repeat crimes, etc.

I'd vote no on Prop 18. 17 yos should be concentrated on finishing HS for fucks sake.

However, I'd vote yes on Prop 17. For that matter, I think you should be able to vote in prison, not just once on parole. As long as the US wants to continue treating prisons as a fucking business venture that exploits the nation with the highest incarceration rate in the world I'd like to see all those inmates enfranchised.

Voting at 17 doesn't seem right at all. At that age, one definitely shouldn't be thinking of serious decisions like that. It really makes it seem like it's to get more voters.

After reading these propositions, John Wilkes Booth really did send the nation on a dark path when I was about to start a deportation program to Liberia.
