Hallucinogens mimic schizophrenia neurologically, can eventually cause it with ridiculous amounts of use. When you take lots of hallucinogens, there's a small after effect (it's a flashback, but it's not like portrayed in the media). For most recreational users it's very mild and occasional. For a lot of people it only happens when smoking pot. Heavy users have it happen much more often at a higher intensity, eventually to the point that total sobriety never really happens anymore, they're always tripping a little. It only gets worse with continued use. Terence likely thinks his super powers are getting stronger with more drug use, but are at their peak when taking mushrooms. He thinks insanity is a super power. People who quit sometimes recover their sanity over time, some don't. Most people never want to abuse hallucinogens in the first place because they find it unpleasant. In the Afterward of Through a Scanner Darkly, Phillip k Dick tallies the number of people he knows that died or went permanently insane or disabled doing drugs in the 60s drug scene in San Francisco. It's pretty eye opening.
I'm surprised the other 2 aren't completely insane, but I doubt Terence lets them do nearly as many shrooms as him since he's god and has the super powers.
To be fair that person isn't really calling Lana out for dating a minor or masturbating by the park. They're just saying that public masturbation is illegal there and that she should be charged. Now I definitely agree that masturbating in a public area is bad (especially in front of a children's park, that's just creepy, and you should be charged for that), but in this instance it seems like it's just a catty camwhore trying to take down the competition. If they really had a problem with that video I'm surprised they didn't talk about how creepy that was. This isn't people going out of the way to do it, it sounds like it was a very public area.
