The shark bites the divers sleeve (not because he wants to murder him but because sharks bite things to identify it like an infant) and then he gets his teeth stuck so they have to help him get unstuck.

The reason they look like those little pill bugs you see in your basement sometimes is because they are those little pill bugs you see in your basement sometimes

Sometimes fishermen catch them when they fish for lobsters and they usually toss them back unless someone wants to feed them Doritos (which they'd probably eat)

In reality it was rediscovered in the mid 1800's and before that they thought it had on extinct. It's just a living fossil, most of those things are freaky as shit.
