Eh, it's not that bad, but I don't think it will chart high either, there's too much going on in it to the point where you can't vibe to it at all.
I'm not a big fan of hip-hop unless it's a concept album or does something interesting or experimental with the vocals/instrumental.

Out of all the well-known rappers right now in the mainstream hiphop, I think Danny Brown and Joyner Lucas seem like the only ones that can stay consistently tight even with the average beats.

Nah, there's still some good ignant n innovative stuff out there, it just doesn't get much mainstream buzz. The Griselda Record/Fashion Rebels have a couple of my favorite newer dudes:
