I actually created an account, if i can find his DOB can i can put in some search under "jason connors" "jace connors" ect.. but it seems you have to wait a bit for results. The MA criminal search seems designed to be as unfriendly for stuff like this as possible.

Not even sure if Jace's records would be in the publicly available search area. It has some really odd criteria that does not make much sense to me.

1. The person whose record is being accessed must be sentenced for at least five years, or has already been convicted of a crime.

2. The individual must have been convicted of a misdemeanor charge and is released from supervision or custody for not more than a year.

3. The individual must have been convicted of a felony charge and is released from supervision or custody for not longer than a couple of years.

4. The individual must have been sentenced to serve the time in the department of corrections.

Basically, since Jace's crime was a misdemeanor if he has been off probation for a year it wont list it.

I was under the impression jace was charged with driving on a suspended? What the fuck did he do that would go down as a felony for a first time offender?

I believe it was in the YA FUKKIN SPASTIC story. With Jace left to his own devices in a court of law he tried to "bargain" with the judge. The judge offered a deal that would result in no prison time but popped him on a felony thus he's no longer able to buy a gun or vote. There's more Jace silliness in the telling, and of course this is according to Jace. For all I know somebody told him it was a felony and he just believed it.

IIRC, Jace decided to plead out to the felony because CIAdude told him he should and he thought CIAdude could wave his wand and make it magically disappear from his record.

In my opinion, paying $50 for clerk fees is a lot less retarded than a lot of other lolcow related shit people have spent money on. I'd be very interested in the results. It would also prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that Jace is who he says he is. Nobody would take a felony conviction for a gag.
