Every year, Tom tries to put on a Gem Show, way outside of his means, leading to hilarious future events such as coming up short on money for weed, utilities, rent or getting his product and musical instruments stolen by transients.
This year, Real Things Artisans Co-Op was showing its wares with the El Paso Rock Shop, another no name vendor without a website and zero attention on Facebook, at a skeezy freeway Howard Johnson's, located at 1010 S. Freeway, Tucson, AZ 85745, (520) 622-5871 from January 15th through February 15th 2019.
These two "rock vendors" are complete jokes. Case in point, here are some pics from the 2018 Rapa River show that nearly bankrupted the already bankrupt hobo.

Things were going well until a fellow hippie member of the Rainbow Family stumbled upon Tom at the show.
Meet James Parisho (archive), a man who was victimized as a child and who takes people who do things that Tom does VERY, VERY SERIOUSLY. This bearded maniac showed up at the show, and videoed himself watching Tom standing around like a humpback shartgoblin for a half hour, even going up to tom at one point and talking to him.
Yes, he did show his gun at 5 minutes in.
At first, Based James was going to come back the next day to confront Tom about a story he heard about tom being a pedo. Who told James Tom was a pedo? Well, Tom!

A little background on James, @Gengar did some background research on this guy, finding that he was once charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

Shortly after recording this video, James went to the 2019 Rainbow gathering Facebook group (archive) to start this thread (archive), where he was confronted by one of the few people left who will defend a man who admits to touching a 15 year old at 28. Below is their confrontation. You may remember this chick from her battles with Deathfat in September.
Upon being notified of all this activity, Tom went to spergcon 5, called the police because he felt literally threatened for his life and streamed for an hour and a half, whining about it, with his only audience being people laughing at his misery.
The next morning he recorded himself talking to the Tucson Police who had zero interest in helping him.
So the question becomes, did James show up to confront tom and interview him about being a P A E D O P H I L E?
No, no he didn't. He did better.
He got tom kicked out of the Gem show. In this video, tom begins reading a story from the Book of Job, comparing himself to Job. He then went on to make his usual impotent legal threats and ended the video singing Hebrew songs for a half hour. The first half of the video is gold content.
So how did the gem show go for tom? Not good! It remains to be seen whether this is the climax, check back for further info.

It seems that he has only lived in Oregon for a year or two. During his time there, he's (unsuccessfully) attempted to operate his own business for new age-y type junk.
More importantly, court records from Washtenaw County, MI show that our boy faced a felony charge for assault with a deadly weapon back in 2010. I've attached a couple screenshots to show the full court record, as well as a screenshot of his current voter registration. I'm trying to locate a news story or some other record that might give more information about the incident, but suffice to say that he doesn't seem to be joking around when he acts like a gun-loving lunatic on the internet.
