Spoiler: Crazy Lacy Agate

This is the picture that inspired it all. This is supposed to be Crazy Lace Agate. I know it's still in a rough, unpolished form but that's how he's selling it because he's lazy. It doesn't look like any sort of Lace Agate I've ever seen but I'm no geologist so I went to Google for assistance.


This is what a good quality Crazy Lace Agate crystal looks like when still in it's rough form. It seems like Tommy is going for the "quantity over quality" with this piece. I'm guessing it would take the buyer quite some time to polish that 12.8lb of shit into something of value. I've never seen a rock that looks "sick" but Tommy's agate looks like it contracted an STD.

Spoiler: Vera Cruz quartz

Again, giant rock with some valuable crystals that need to be processed and polished before being worth anything.
He's calling this one a Vera Cruz amethyst cluster. The price is a whopping $450 for this hunk of rock. So I went to Google and....


Vera Cruz amethyst is highly prized, as supposedly the mine it comes from in Mexico has been closed down for some time. Despite this, they go for a whole $28 for a cluster on Etsy.

This looks 1000x nicer and easier to display than Tommy's piece AND it comes polished. All you have to do is slap that bad boy on a shelf or whatever else it is people do with these rocks.

Spoiler: Rudilated Quartz

This is obviously impure. To be fair, he has some that don't look this piss poor quality, but this is the picture he chose to lead off the photo album with. No price listed for this Rudilated Quartz, so it must be part of his personal collection. I guess I see the "enclosed rutile needles" (those things that look like lighter colored lines going through the inside of the gem), but it looks nothing like professional examples.



Here you can see the details of the gem, with all the striping. It's also quite a bit lighter.

Not professional whatsoever but they cost like $30 for a cheap kid's one. Only $60 for a more legit one. And it's so easy, a literal child can do it.

The biggest reason I don't go to these shows is because they're full of new age re//tards who buy these rocks for spiritual or medical purposes.
