They definitely hit Morticia with the ugly tree, but every other character is pretty close to the original cartoon.

Not really Oscar Isaacs is American-Guatemalan, the original tv show implied some spanish decent, and the musical also gives Gomez a spanish accent when he was first played by Nathan Lane.

Not a fan of the design. The original comic strip wasn't very good to begin with and the voices seem kinda off for the characters.

But I recognize that's the nostalgia talking. I can't imagine a Gomez without Raul Julia's voice or an uncle Fester without Christopher Lloyd's.

They completely lost me at the stupid "IT" reference. @Nekromantik is completely correct, the style doesn't translate well into 3d at all.
