Imagine a collaborative youtube channel, where you can post about being a strong independent xir who doesn't need a xie? Well, you Ze's now have a youtube channel to post about the struggles of being a gender-fluid person in hellish suburbia. Does your mom not respect your pronouns? Has the beauty supply store ran out of purple and pink hair dye? Will the world ever smash the gender binary system to let you be your true self? You can finally post your vlogs about the world not giving you a gratuity of respect. Here is the channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLuqBcMN_cYCGoZBP_yZS8Q/videos

One upstanding demiboy is Tre- a nihilistic human (preferred pronouns: They) who references starbucks and talks about their record collection.

Another upstanding human and demigirl is Cepheum(preferred pronouns: They) . He is a gender-fluid Napoleon Dynamitekin who has shattered the perception of normative societal names. Instead of deriving his name from transphobic sources like the bible, koran or torah. He decided to get inspiration from a non-transphobic source... Pfizer.

The next demigirl who deserves a standing ovation for abrogating the gender binary is Marjan(pronounced Ma-ree-ann). She has taken inspiration from a great man with bucking phonetic oppression. Marjan is a woman with a little something extra and wants you to know that!

The ironic thing is if anything is binarist, its thinking you have to be some kind of third gender just because you aren't a walking stereotype of your birth gender. Even though most people have at least a few interests and tastes accosiated with the opposite sex since real people aren't exaggerated caricatures.

BTW why does non-binary seem to always include having the least flattering hairstyle possible?

Well, if you have short hair you could get mistaken for a GUY and if it's any longer or somewhat flattering you could get mistaken for a GIRL. So your only option is turquoise ugly.

You know outside of their "genderfludity" they seem to be rather normal or kind of boring.

Really, I think they have no real personality traits, hobbies, or interest that make them stand out, so to them I think this gender snowflake thing is just another way of compensating for their ordinariness. Like a get out of average card.

It's kinda sad when your imaginary gender is the most interesting thing about you, isn't it? And most of them seem to have the same butch girl going, both the males and females.

Kinda like most transsexuals (outside of the small minority that experiences the classical gender-dysphoria) seem to be either broken, dysfunctional people, or basement dwellers who've spent too much time online, and have poor social skills. Both of the above are usually "lesbians", and seem to get an identity, purpose and a social peer group out of their trans-womanhood.

In other words: With just a little bit less enabling, or had they been a tad bit smarter, they might have been building model railroads or collected coins instead of coming out as trans-women/"gender fluid".

I don't know guys, I try to be tolerant, and hey, it's not like I want them all up against the wall, but this is just so stupid and clearly made up, that I can only shake my head in disbelief. And get pissed off that political correctness has taken it so far, that they expect to be taken seriously.

I'd like to get an explanation from them, on what their "gender fluidity" actually means, beyond: "Well, sometimes I'm attracted to men, sometimes to women!"

Much of Wikipedia is infected by these people and their enablers, so anything related to identity politics and SJW-topics is usually written to support their nuttery.

But look up "gender fluid" or "gender" there, and it's obvious that they really had to scrape the barrel, in order to find support for their bullshit-third gender.

If it was something common, or even just halfway natural, you'd think that there were plenty of examples of cultures without a binary understanding of gender...

Yet their major examples are: "Two spirit" from American Indian culture, something called Hijra from India and "Mahu" from the Polynesian islands.

The thing is, that American natives were semi-Neolithic societies, many of whom are extinct, didn't have a written language, and much of their folklore may be lost. So we don't really know the original role and meaning of "Two spirit".

The Indian Hijra-caste have been pumped up to be an example of non-binary gender by SJW-types, but is more of a homosexual guild/union of sorts. And a survival tactic for the lowest of the low: Low caste and/or homosexuals in a deeply conservative and traditionalist culture.

The "Mahu", who live among Pacific Islanders, have been studied by anthropologists who all seem to disagree. From the description: Men who have sex with men, wear female clothes and act effeminate, it certainly sounds more like how a small island culture would deal with homosexuals, rather than an example of "genderqueer".

See as a person who lives in the south pacific i had never heard of a Mahu because thats a term just used by Hawaii and the rest of the pacific islands are a long way from Hawaii. The rest of the islands down here use various terms to discuss the same thing: guys born as genetically boys but who are more flamboyant or have traits (emotional or social) that are considered traditionally feminine. Here we usually use the term Fa'afafine: its the Samoan term for the same group of people, its also kinda the term to talk about a particularly loud, feminine, and gay Pacific Islander so it doesn't really mean "~person who is totally gender fluid u gyze!~" like tumblr wants it to. The true meaning of the term is pretty debated by anthropologists and its not at all set in stone to mean something like a 3rd gender.

This well-spoken individual is going to talk to you about religion! Skip to 1:40 for the actual content, where it talks about its Unitarian denomination and how productive it is to society, about how being queer and religious is A-OK, about its (lackluster) understanding of Christian theology, and about how cool Jewish, Indian, and Islamic people are.

I just simply apply chromosomal logic to special snowflake genders. Since a human with turner syndrome (one X chromosome) is female I just simply think of all special snowflake genders as female due to lack of maleness (and that snowflakes usually lack a Y chromosome)

This is probably gonna be an unpopular opinion but from looking at their tumblr, these people don't really seem to be lolcows? I understand that a lot of people here are skeptical of non-binary genders and so any one who claims to be non-binary is immediately under suspicion, but at least these people seem to be making some effort at activism.

Their FAQ [archive] actually has "questions" that people who are interested in learning about non-binary genders could realistically ask, and they provide answers (as opposed to telling people to go google it, as many trans "activists" on tumblr do). They answer asks politely and they don't seem to start unnecessary arguments, mix otherkin stuff with gender, or treat trans men like shit for being trans men. Compared to a lot of trans activists on tumblr (such as IDCP, Cishits, and Ask A Nonbinary), these people seem relatively nice and reasonable. I'm not saying I 100% agree with everything they promote but they don't seem to have the shitty attitude that I typically associate with lolcows, especially of those of the "social justice advocate" variety.
