I don’t care of it’s terrible I am watching the shit out of that.
10 Cloverfield Lane was wonderful. All Cloverfield movies are.
It was okay, but it was hampered by the fact that they roughly shoved all these hamfisted Cloverfield references into an existing movie. I don't really like how this "cinematic universe" is just a bunch of vague things for nerds to obsess over. It made the movie feel more muddled than it needed to be. Also there was zero reason to have her literally battle an alien ship at the end when the climax of the movie was her escaping. Just felt way too goofy at that point.10 Cloverfield Lane was wonderful.
Yeah, and if they’d done the film as it was originally planned out without plugging it into Cloverfield it probably would have been perfect. Big dumb ending aside though the majority of the finished product is great. I don’t even remember any Cloverfield references so I’m assuming they came from that viral marketing campaign about the soda or whatever, yeah?It was okay, but it was hampered by the fact that they roughly shoved all these hamfisted Cloverfield references into an existing movie. This whole Cloverfield universe is a marketing gimmick which hasn't exactly been executed well.
I’m still gonna try to get through the whole thing tonight.Watched it for about 20 mins for shits and giggles. Any episode 90's Outer Limits are better than this.
It was garbage like the notes she found while exploring his shelter, or the stuff at the very start of the film. Moments designed for nerds to either get the movie on netflix or bluray to pause in order to find out information displayed to the audience for a handful of seconds. Its just obnoxiously distracting and adds nothing to the universe beyond HEY LOL ITS A WHOLE LOT OF CONVOLUTED SCI FI SHIT, YOU NERDS LIKE MYSTERIES RIGHT?Yeah, and if they’d done the film as it was originally planned out without plugging it into Cloverfield it probably would have been perfect.
