Daehaminguk Shaniya Constitution/By-Laws
Article I. Name
The name of this organization shall be _Daehaminguk Shaniya Corporation.
Article II. Purpose
The purpose of this organization shall be to create a livable union (country), that allows for all the freedoms to be human and rule of law, to be protected. Also to provide a safe haven for people who human rights and civil liberties are violated and/or discriminated. Where all of humanity are created equal, dispute sexuality, race, gender, or any other human element.
Article III. Membership
Section 1. Membership shall be open to those who stand for the same ideology of freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, no matter what their lifestyle choices are, where they came from, where they were born, or what religion, sexuality, or gender that they identify as, as long as said religion does not conflict with the constitution.
Section 2. No member may be removed from membership without first having an open hearing and then by no less than a majority vote at a regular meeting.
Section 3. The Daehaminguk Shaniya National Government, allows participation in the organization by all people regardless of sex, race, creed, or ethnic origin.
Article IV. Officers
Section 1. The officers of this organization shall be Prime Minister, Secretary,Executive Prime Minister, Lord of Commons, Minister of Elections, Minister of Education, Minister of Health, Minister of Human Resources, Minister of Transportation, Treasurer, Minister of Entertainment, Minister of Sports,Activities,and Human Environment, Minister of Travel, The LGBTP+ Commission.

Section 2. All officers shall be elected at the Second Meeting of Spring Quarter of each year. Officers will be elected by a Majority vote of all those members present at the meeting.
Section 3. No officer may be removed from office without first having an open hearing and then by no less than a majority vote at a regular meeting.
Section 4. Office vacancies will be filled by a special election at the meeting after the vacancy occurs.
Article V. Meetings
Section 1. Regular meetings will be held twice every quarter.
Section 2. Special meetings may be called by the chief executive officer or upon request of any 4 active members.
Section 3. All members shall be notified of a special meeting at least 5 before the time of the special meeting.
Article VI. Quorum
Section 1. Proposed amendments to this constitution or by-laws of this constitution shall be presented at a regular meeting at least one meeting prior to being discussed and voted upon.
Section 2. Having been properly presented, amendments may be adopted by a majority vote of the membership at a regular meeting.
Section 3. Amendments shall go into effect _immediately upon adoption.
Article VII. Dues (Optional)
The dues shall be 4.00 Yoona (amount) payable by the end of each quarter (time).
Article VIII. Duties of Officers
Section 1. Office of Prime Minister (or related position) To run the day to day operations of the country of Daehaminguk Shaniya.
Section 2. Office of Executive Prime Minister (or related position) To assist the president with the duties put on the Prime Minister by the constitution.
Section 3. Office of Secretary
The job of the Secretary, it to alleviate work from both the Prime Minister and hiExecutive Prime Minister
Section 4. An officer needs to be assigned the responsibility to register with the Office of Student Activities each year. This responsibility may be assigned to any officer in your organization.
Section 5. Subsequent sections for other officer explanations as needed.
Articles IX. Committees
Section 1. There shall be four standing committees.
Section 2. The four Committees shall Provide a service to the people and to enforce/interpret the law.
Section 3. (These sections – and subsequent sections as needed—should describe the creation, purpose, and duties of the standing committees).
Section 4. Special committees may be subject to debate, question, and enforce the law in a min physical basis. They consist of judges, mediators, lawyers, and representatives. ________________________
Article X. Parliamentary Authority
Robert’s Rules of Order shall be the parliamentary authority of this organization.
The parliament has the right to create, dismiss,vote on,debate, and/or change law, and to form a committee to update this constitution for the sake of the people
