Trainwreck The Empathic Nutritionist / Robyn Grogitsky-Ramirez / Luna Elva Ramirez / Glenn Ramirez / Atlas Glenn Standford Ramirez - Mother who made a Tard Baby and parades her on instagram because she refused to follow any medical oversights

Those last two clips are Atlas' "coos" - pay attention closely. I can't tell if they're pre-recorded or if he's just outside the camera range, but she's attributing actual baby coo noises to Luna and it's blatant lying fuckery. She's a lying liar who lies, so this is not shocking.
If I'm not wrong you can actually see someone sitting on a couch behind the huge grey sticker on a video. And it seems that they might be holding Altas. So most likely you are right and it is Atlas coos.
Puting a sticker over a functioning baby to make Luna sound "normal"

Far as I remember no Luna has NEVER made noise. They thought she was just a quiet baby when she didnt cry, etc.
Leave it to Robyn to think tiny grunts/moans from a baby who has never made noises is a good sign.

Between the recent lip smacking and this I don’t think these changes bode well for Luna. Like the last synaptic firings as fluid blots out the remaining brain tissue.

Before threads like this and Tard baby I had no idea breastfeeding was difficult. I thought you just applied babby to boob, babby eats. It sounds like it really is perfectly normal to have issues and to seek professional help. Clipping the tongue of a newborn sounds like something that should be a last resort after everything else fails. But of course Robyn wants the quick fix.

I'm late, but this might shock you too if you've never breastfed:

it also takes time for the milk to come in. I worked in NICU/LDR and SO many mothers were fucking shook when you popped the baby on and milk wouldn't gush out of the breast like some self-service drink dispenser at McDonalds. Shit can take up to 48 hours and it's normal for a baby to lose up to 10% of their birth weight in the interim.

Her last post makes me MOTI. "#pediatricpt"? This bitch isn't a fucking physical therapist. She isn't anything. Not even a mother, really. Just a birthgiver.

All the lactation issues I see makes me wonder how humans even survived.

Realistically it's a good idea to pair up new moms with a certified lactation consultant, 'cause breastfeeding is certainly not as easy as it seems.

This sudden flurry of medical tests and procedures is interesting. I don’t think we’ve seen so much actual professional medical interventions with Luna since her pointless shunt. Makes me wonder what’s spurring all this since Robyn will never actually discuss what’s going on with Luna’s “healing journey”. She usually avoids showing any non-woo interventions (besides PT stuff) and rarely mentions that Luna is receiving hospice care (sorta conflicts with the woo healing narrative.)

Makes me wonder if they are detecting some signs of certain functions rapid failing/ declining. A sleep study is usually done due to concerning breathing issues at night. Wonder what her monitors are night are showing that got a sleep study ordered? I’ve assumed Luna isn’t capable of REM sleep so that’s got cause some ugly stuff eventually, even for a brain stem.

In the era before pacifiers the breast was all you had to keep an infant from constantly crying. In ancient cultures, and still today in “primitive” societies, pretty much the solution to every infant issue is “give them the tit” and it’s good advice. A newborn that had its mothers constant attention and protection was the most likely to survive, so loudly demanding milk was an effective survival strategy.

Keeping infants secured in sling or wrap to the mothers breast is how infants spent all their days for the first few months of life. Newborns cry a lot, giving newborns a breast to suckle stops the crying, so in ancient times mothers just kept the baby at the breast constantly.

It’s not great system for modern times because most mothers don’t want to walk around all day with a baby on their breast. It’s also why the female body expects constant suckling to keep milk production up. In cave man days a living baby meant constant suckling, so any reduction in suckling signaled to the body to scale down or stop production. Milk production requires lots of calories so the body will do it when it’s absolutely necessary to keep an infant alive. Milk production also lowers fertility and the body wants to go back to optimal fertility ASAP.

An infant playing with measuring tape. That's a new one.

I suspect Robyn reads here so I'll try to do my part to mitigate disaster:
The little metal crimp at the end of a measuring tape can fall off if it's tugged on. And it's the perfect size for babby swallowing fun.
I mean, Luna's not gonna live forever. She needs the next spud babby on deck.
