Didn’t see a thread about this so I figured I’d add one, given that it’s a pretty big deal and there’s a lot of talk about it.



Basically a combination of people doing stupid shit like starting forest fires for a gender reveal party as well as natural causes due to dry conditions and some pretty crazy wind storm conditions that blew fires around and knocked down tons of tinder debris resulted in a huge portion of the northwestern US going up in flames.


The smoke is so thick in certain parts it looks like shit straight out of DOOM.
