This may not be necessary, but I felt like making a thread outside of the Inner Circle that was worth the discussion.

Anyways, after watching Furious 7 yesterday, and seeing that there wasn't a thread for this, I decided to create a thread for the Fast and Furious franchise. You can discuss anything and everything Fast and Furious in this very thread!

As for what I thought of Furious 7, it was an enjoyable film IMO. I'm a sucker for over the top action.

I thought the tribute to Paul Walker was nice, but I didn't find myself crying over it as many people claimed they did. Still, it's sad to hear what happened to him. I'm glad they managed to finish the film, and how they went about doing so was very interesting. I also liked how they chose to just retire Paul's character instead of killing him off. I think the series should end here, but I have a feeling they'll continue on.

I also recall seeing the first film, Fast Five, and Fast and Furious 6. After seeing the recent movie, I want to watch the entire series in chronological order.

So what your thoughts?

As long as they have Vin Diesel, they'll probably keep making more films.

I don't care about them because I'm not into cars.

However, I respect their existence because I watch lots of really stupid shit just because it has robots in it, so really stupid shit that has cars in it is something I can feel for even if I don't dig it personally.
