I think the Great Reset Agenda is great because it nicely ties together all the bad trends that were happening. Not to mention, the bad guys openly talk about their plans and the people don't care. Their spokesperson is an unironic Bond villain with a horrible German accent for Heaven's sake!

It is awfully lucky for them that the industries targeted are the ones they wish to take away from the people.
If we can roll with tin foil hat way of thinking, these seem to be serving 3 purposes:
- Disrupting the industries to make people eat the bugs
- Make people used to the meme of random hacking and general demoralization coming from that
- Test runs for the e-9/11 that will possibly end the Internet as we know it
Don't forget that they could just rework the cyber-lockdowns into the climate lockdowns easily. Perhaps collapse the fiat currencies and make people use carbon/energy credits connected to a Basic Universal Income scheme.
No 3 still needs some "programming" so people will know how to react when it happens. The current Covid thing wouldn't have worked without decades of pandemic movies and media.

It's really sad that all of this incredible technology, the stuff that could give us all easy lives and enable so much creativity and innovation in the world and let us discover all sorts of incredible things, are instead being used to enslave us all into a technofeudal hellscape. AI watching your every move, microchips beaming in advertisements to your brain, brainwashing you into living in a pod and eating bugs and being happy, and just overall stifling humanity into living like animals.
I think social media is what really caused the scamdemic. Fear is like a virus, and all they need to do is air hours and hours of fear porn and have their "experts" deliver to people the solutions which puts pressure on politicians to follow the experts since politicians are always after easy votes and praise for themselves and their allies.
This is why I consider philosophy an important part of Human thinking. Considering that is shaping the values and goals of where things are progressing. It is basically the frame and context everything is being interpret.
What I always ask of people are
Efficient for whom?
Progressing towards what?
Even our current apathetic and cynical age has underlying assumptions that are unquestioned.
By that frame of vulgar materialism and cult of economic efficiency whay is happening is perfectly good and desirable. Certain trends only seem inevitable because that is what our culture programs into us. It basically narrows our view on what the future could be like.
