The alternative: that Hila didn't do it with Keem (maybe not with anyone, or maybe with someone else), but won't confirm that to the standards Ethan desires, is something that I think is even funnier.

Fairly comprehensive video about how the duo got started on YouTube. The 1st half was good, though the latter half felt a bit rushed in terms of describing the downfall. Sunny failed to mention Gokanaru's video at all, which was arguably a very large factor in swaying public opinion, especially considering just how adamant Ethan was to acknowledge the video's existence until Keem backed him into a corner.

Last few minutes of the video shed some light on how Keem had lost 100K+ subs after the content nuke vids, only to regain those subs and even surpass that original sub total, while Ethan's been gradually losing subs ever since:

I wouldn't argue that "Keem was the winner" of this petty feud, though you'd have to be a complete imbecile to argue that Ethan somehow won in the end.
