"The Internet Lumberjack" -- musical tribute to CWC -

A few months ago, South Carolina-based jazz guitarist and activist Strom McCallum released a mini-CD titled, "The Internet Lumberjack". Here's the title track, featuring CWC and Bob in the opening:

Not the first time an instrumental piece commemorated lolcows. DEVO spinoff-band The Wipeouters' "Shut Up Little Man" is punctuated with soundclips from the infamous "Peter and Raymond", whose drunken audio-verite battles, recorded by their neighbors and circulated through the Eighties 'zine-scene, defined lolcowdom in the pre-Internet era.

I listen to this and I see Bob at the end of his discussion with Chris donning a fedora and hitting the town. He grabs his coat and car keys, takes the BMDubya down to the local watering hole, gets some gin and tonic, and the ladies start coming up to him. A strapping young man comes up to him and tries to start trouble and he gives him a shove, the fellow retaliates but Bob lays him out with a nice right cross. He takes his woman and they go out to his car and he drives her far and fast. They find a nice "make out point" and Bob closes the deal. He drops her back at the bar, cruises back home, drops his had and coat and looks at his waterhead son and hoarding wife, goes to the music room, drops the needle on a record, "Strom McCallum's 'Internet Lumberjack'". Lays back and falls asleep on the couch.
