She also later said in the video that Naughty Dog notified her that the role may involve a sex scene, before she agreed to be the face model for Abby, and she was okay with it, because she was only the face model. She also said that the sex scene was there for a reason, but she doesn't know why it was done in that way.

It was done that way so troons could put themselves into Abby as she is anally slammed sans lube. It's so obvious and has been known about for a long time. Surprised she's unaware.

It got removed in the majority of world wide releases, it's funny that the GTA hot coffee stuff is more widely known and infamous but the number of regions that forced the change were minor compared to this.
In which releases of TLOU2 was the sex scene removed? I remembered hearing about the Japanese version of the game censoring it out, IIRC, by cutting to black right before Owen sticks his hotdog up Abby's ass, but I haven't head anything about that scene being removed for other country's releases of the game.

It's removed in the Chinese release but I think the HK version kept it.
Saudi Arabia outright banned the game. Korea has a general mix of the Japanese release, Chinese release and English release, it entirely depended on what store you got it from.
Nathan is a better character, and that show didn't even get a finale (I think? I stopped watching Adult Swim like 7 years ago)

Naughty Dog has a much slower release schedule than most, I doubt it's going to extend to multiple games.
