The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses -

Nintendo went into the orchestra business.

This night, me, my older sister, and her husband went to Chicago to see The orchestra concert, The Legend of Zelda, Symphony of The Goddesses.

It’s an orchestra where they perform the music from the Legend of Zelda games.

We really loved the performance. When we went there, it was flooded with Zelda fans. There were so many cosplayers, with master swords, hylian shields, link caps, hyrule warriors scarves, bows, and lots of great things. It was like the whole fucking Zelda fan base came to see this. It was fucking amazing

You honestly didn’t know? Nintendo has been doing it with Mario as well. And Pokémon and fire emblem too. And early this year, they brought Kirby into the orchestra.


Square Enix is in the orchestra business with final fantasy: distant worlds.

I also heared that Bethesda is making plans to make an elder scrolls orchestra as well

Nintendo has been doing this for a while. A friend of mine had the chance to hear it the Zelda Orchestra when he went to Mexico. That was back in 2012, I think.

What’s good about this performance, when they were doing the wind walker, the conductor switched to the wind waker baton for it. The entire audience went immediately wild
