I mean the villain in Wall-E was trying to stop humans from returning to normal even after it was proven Earth could sustain life again. With the 'Rona, people are encouraged to return to normal now that the vaccine is being distributed, so it's not really comparable. The comparison would make more sense if the CDC was still insisting on masks and lockdowns regardless of how many people get vaxxed, and that's just not what's happening.

On it's own, it's not a terrible idea for a video. The problem is, like you said, it'll probably take priority over other videos people have been waiting for.

As I recall, that's also supposed to be a Patreon-requested video, so I expect that'll still happen someday. I know he mentioned hating it before.
What bugs me is it's looking more and more like the Rise video is sinking into his pile of videos he forgot he was going to do. It's not helped when he actively doesn't want you to ask him about reviews unless he explicitly wants to hear it.
Totally forgot, in his tier list, he commented on Disney "siding with tyranny" in reference to their Mulan remake. Glad to know he's parroting Jim Sterling now.

I actually consider Treasure Planet to be my personal third-best Disney movie of the early 2000s (behind The Emperor's New Groove and Lilo & Stitch), but it's definitely not for everyone, and I can understand why that would be so.
