Not really, it doesn't align with his fetish usually works. For one, she's not wearing a dress, and I've never seen Enter's fetish extend beyond dresses and maybe skirts. Also, the boys who wear dresses are usually still clearly boys, just wearing girls' clothes. In the future episodes, the boys could still be identified by their short hair.
