The One That Got Away-Motive for the Megan Rants -

With this recent spike in Chris raging against Megan on Facebook and the discovery of the photo of her with another man, someone mentioned that he might have a possible reasoning. Megan, the first girl he really cared for, is the one who got away. I want to know if this might be the most reasonable motive?

Maybe.

In a normal person, the first "one that got away" generally has some special emotional significance, even after you get over it. Chris hates anything that defies his wishes. Maybe in Chris's mind, he attaches a special significance to the first girl that defied his heartsweet wishes.

Hmmm, a viable theory but not one i subscribe to.

Personally I believe his current tard rage is the same strain that was demonstrated when he demanded his loyal minions to murder mimm's girlfriend to make him suffer. It isnt wistful "SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MIIIIIIINE!!!" turned to rage but rather "HOW DARE THAT EVIL BITCH MOVE ON AND HAVE A HAPPY LIFE!! SHE MUST PAY!!!" sentiment brought on by his concious decision to accept Barb's claims of her being behind all the trolling to escape taking responsibility himself.

I think it's that he never progressed in life much past Megan in anything. She was one of maybe a handful of people who he talked to on a regular basis in his entire life so she's more tangible to him. That and his perceived image as her being one of the people who made his life miserable (it really is a thing to him) means that he has an actual face to his enemy.

It may be part that he still has a thing but I think it's mostly him not having anything concrete to be angry at. Remember, his life sucks but it's never his fault that it sucks.

Women, according to men afflicted with Christism and raised by TV, are objects that should behave in predictable ways: cook; shop; get in trouble and have to be rescued; do laundry and flash cameltoe; occasionally teach or babysit; and most importantly, give up precious china. However, if they work at an establishment he patronizes, and they behave improperly by his lights -- stop his soliciting sex on a campus; object to his cursing around children or stealing all the complimentary newspapers from a McDonald's; object to his vandalizing a display at Wal-Mart -- then they become equivalent to every other troll-object in his universe. Megan is a woman-object who was supposed to be "sweet and melting like ice cream or chocolate" (per his plagiarized description of what a kiss felt like) but had the temerity to object to his sexual harassment. So she is the most improperly functioning woman-object in his universe.

After all, stroking her hand, arm, or hair are "Non-Offensive Touches," no matter how offended she obviously was, because duh! They're not breasts or china! So when she became offended by that, that was a malfunction. (If they're so offensive, how come the tapping game of life let him tap there?)

Chris knows he scared off Megan if he ever really had a chance with her in the first place,

I assume Megan would be the closest he ever had to a meaningful relationship with a girl, and that's part of the reason why he feels so (to put it mildly) bitter towards her. The other part of the reason would be Borb making up excuses to why Chris is such a lolcow.

What I meant was relating to how Megan was the only girl he had a real friendship with and obsessed over until she broke off ties with him.

Megan was probably one of the very few people Chris was friends with outside of a school setting. Add the fact that he wanted sex with her, and it's recipe for disaster.

When trying to understand Chris's rationale, it's best to think of him like Frankenstein's monster.
