This picture was from like 7 months ago, he had green hair. I can't remember what he was going through at the time because his life seems to move too fast for me.

Jesus Christ, is that his horribly defaced nightmarish tattoo on his forearm, the only tattoo featuring a background? This looks so out of place, like a single frame from a comic book. What the fuck was he thinking, did he expect to paint his whole arm in red-yellow-orange colors one day or how else is it supposed to fit?

His tattoos have gotten far far worse as time has gone by. Right now in recent pictures where you can see his arm (such as the dick pics,) you can see that there's no pattern to his tattoo sleeves. It's just a hodgepodge of whatever Tumblr bullshit or hobby he has some passing interest in at the time all layered one on top of each other. Not to mention the scalp tattoos! Compared to what we see now, these older photos of Phil are normal by comparison. This is just the tip of the iceberg; you mark my words.
