I've misjudged who the cows were in this situation. It seems the trolls involved are part of a Neo-Nazi group, below noted as the "Puritans", who have sextorted and abused a number of people online, mainly young women. A more detailed look at who they are can be found here.
Most notably among them, and one of Shannon's current persistent trolls is Shane Ballance, doxed here, Shane spends the bulk of his day spamming Shannon, who replies every time. Another is Shawn Michael Vest, also known as Doxxacles Maximus Lolcus, whose current account is "Dispossessed", a true sicko, he forces his victims into degrading sexual acts for his amusements. Much of what is found below, such as the swastika carved into Shannon's pubic bone and tattoo, are some examples of what Puritan trolling looks like.
Their current stomping grounds are located here, where they've amassed nearly 1000 members somehow. In this group, the Puritans troll by harassing and raiding various communities, waiting for, typically young girls, to take their bait, "enslaving" them. Most of them strive for attention, going as far to erecting websites as monuments of their sperging.

Shannon West, the prime victim of the Puritans is in a bizarre codependent relationship with the Puritans. Instead of leaving, she bickers with them day in and day out. She even goes as far as bullying the other victims in the group, as if she's competing with them for favor.
This began somewhere around 2013 or so, when trolls Shane Ballance and Ashrak2002 had taken to weening Shannon. Sometime later in 2015, Arnold Braunschweiger came into the scene and created her Encyclopedia Dramatica article under the username "arnoldhateswhores". From there, she gained the attention of a variety of spergs and weens, such as "Preacher Gerald White" and "Pastor Josef Mengele", who began to troll her in much the same way as seen above. However, she insists it was the result of Craigslist trolling and that Shane is committing the crime of impersonating law enforcement. According to her, Shane Ballance had disappeared for some time until recently reappearing a month or two ago. From there, he has consistently stalked, harassed and violated Puritan victims.
